Rentals  |

Rooms are available for rental from 5:00 AM to
1:00 AM. (Note: The building closes at 9:00 PM
Monday through Thursday, 8:00 PM Friday and
Saturday, and at 6:00 PM on Sunday, after
which extended hours fee will apply.)
Deposits
A deposit of $100.00 is required on facility
rentals, and $500.00 on an entire facility
rental, along with the completion of The
Keller Pointe Facility Reservation contract
and payment. The deposit will be refunded if
the area used has been left in good order and
all conditions of the contract have been met.
An additional $150.00 deposit for alcohol
consumption is required, along with a police
officer on site.
Extended Hours Fee
An extended hours fee of $15.00 per hour will
apply to all facility rentals extending past
the regular building operating hours. |

The Bear Creek Rooms offer 2,400 square feet
of space for any type of social gathering,
meeting, party or wedding. Individual rooms
break down to 800 square feet per room.
Accommodations can be made for up to 270
people. |

Have some fun at the pool and have it all to
yourself. The Indoor and Outdoor Leisure Pools
may be rented on an hourly basis with a
minimum of two hours. Reservations must be
made two weeks in advance. Pool rentals are
available only after regular hours of
operation. Prices are for parties of 100
people or less. Please call for more

Dive into the fun with one of our fabulous party packages and enjoy the
Indoor Pool all day! Party packages include use of the party room or portion
of the pavilion for one hour, ten party invitations with additional
invitations available at 65 cents each. Ice cream cakes from Carvel may be
ordered for an additional $10 on each party package. There is a $25
re-scheduling fee after the party has been booked, but cannot be
re-scheduled five days out. |

Spend the night at The Keller Pointe! Each
lock-in party includes eight hours of fun when
participants will have use of the gymnasium,
indoor pool (limited time), game room, and
Bear Creek Rooms. The Keller Pointe can
accommodate groups of up to 350 people. Cost
of the lock-in party includes an eight-hour
time frame with two hours in the indoor pool,
after building operating hours, and lifeguards
during the use of the indoor pool. |
