A Word To Parents... |
|
The Keller Pointe staff strives to maintain the highest standards in emergency training. Our goal is to provide patrons with a safe and clean atmosphere in which families can enjoy themselves in a recreational environment. The purpose of the staff is not to supervise your child, but to prevent accidents from happening. Therefore, parents are expected to closely supervise their children and assist in enforcing the facility’s policies for the safety and enjoyment of all patrons. All children ages nine years and under must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a paying adult (age 16 years or older).

issue, the following inclement weather
policy applies for all aquatic facilities:
When lightning occurs, the pools will be
closed. If the lightning and inclement
weather continues for more than thirty
minutes, the pools will remain closed and
The Keller Pointe staff will attempt to
reopen the pools later in the day. This
policy is in effect until one hour prior
to the facility’s official closing time.
